GAP Unit 7 is a guide for people with HIV/AIDS and those working with HIV-positive people. It offers suggestions for eating and nutrition based on research and recommendations from groups such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations AIDS Council (UNAIDS), and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). However, these are simply guidelines and will need to be adapted to individual situations or regions.
